Ron Zacapa - Centenario XO Rum (750ml)

Ron Zacapa rums are produced using fresh sugarcane juice that is condensed rather than the traditional molasses. The rum is then aged in the town of Quetzaltenango Guatemala at an elevation of  about 8,000 feet. Zacapa XO is a solera system rum using barrels from 6 to 23 years old -- primarily used bourbon and sherry casks. The rum is finished in cognac barrels for up to one year. "XO" typically denotes that cognac barrels were used in the aging of the rum.
