Really lovely, immediately after opening! Lush dark fruits and green pepper aromas, with plum, spice, and dusty minerals on the palate. Medium body, a bit rustic, but still nicely balanced between fruit and earth. Unfiltered, lots of sediment. A pleasure to drink. Laura Chin.
